More Shia LaBeouf Plagiarism

So you may have heard about Shia LaBeouf, who moved on from horrible films like “Transformers: Revenge of the Worst Director in Hollywood” and “Indiana Jones and the Kid Who Can’t Act and Has Substance Issues” to comics and self-made films.

Well, he’s not just a triple threat hack. Shia is a brazen thief. He stole his idea for his short film. He stole his tweets for the follow-up apology, and it turned out that he even stole the apology email that he sent to Alec Baldwin when working on Broadway. So I wondered: How deep does his thievery go exactly? Well, I just noticed even more Shia LaBeouf Plagiarism. He stole this “About Page” description on The Campaign Book from a small publishing house.

The quote:

“Because I love things I love and want to champion them. I tend toward outliers and I’m obsessed with the history of visual culture writ large and small.”

I don’t think you can sue someone for stealing a mission statement, but come on. Have a little pride. A little decency. Oh, and I notified the person who wrote it, Dan Nadel, so have a little humble pie, too.
